Job Title: Health, Safety & Wellbeing Manager

About Us: My client is seeking a Health, Safety & Wellbeing Manager to lead our expanding Health & Safety Department. Join us in upholding the highest safety standards and ensuring a secure work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
·Develop and implement effective HS and quality control processes aligned with business goals.
·Collaborate with clients for compliance and a safe workplace.
·Conduct internal audits, site inspections, and incident investigations.
·Manage HSW SharePoint system and ensure regulatory compliance.
·Familiarity with HERS, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and NERS.
Qualifications:
·NEBOSH Qualified.
·Proven experience in managing HSW systems, teams, and auditors.
·Proficient in Microsoft Office.
·Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
·Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
