This is a truly career defining role in which you will lead the testing and commisioning for the whole of HS2 from a client side perspective.

Salary:   £63050 - £94560
 
·The lead T&C manager will be involved in setting up company strategy, organisation for testing and commissioning activities and ensure everything is communicated to all the stakeholders.
·This role is a HS2 leadership position - so good communication skills are essential all the way up to board level
·Working with contractors to ensure work is completed to overall plan.
·Need to understand technical aspects of testing and commissioning
·Must be a multi disciplinary rail systems testing and commissioning lead
·Must have excellent scheduling experience as well as safety and assurance
 
Requirements:
·Chartered engineer
·Must be a subject matter expert in rail systems testing and commissioning.
·Previous Crossrail experience would be preffered or experience working directly for Network Rail - Would also consider candidates with large international experience especially who have worked on large metro projects.
·Any previous signalling control systems would be an advantage
