A leading national consultancy is working on a number of major projects including HS2, EWR, Thames Tideaway, Aviation etc., etc. and is looking to hire a Head of Project Controls to join their infrastructure business to support their PMO function and assist in bids, for external clients and across project teams within the business.
This role will be leading a team of 50-60 individuals with project values being in excess of £2billion.

Location: Birmingham, London, Manchester, or Leeds. Generally hybrid working - will be dependent on individual clients

Package:

• £90,000 to £110,000 salary
• £6,500 car allowance
• 20% bonus potential (business performance dependent)
• Double pension up to 12% (6% employee, 12% employer cap) 

Required experience:

• 10 years' major project experience in a PMO function - sectors including Rail, Highways, Energy, Water etc.
• 5 years' project control management experience.
• Chartership with relevant body.
• Experience working on client side.
• Ability to support bids.
• Management of other staff members.
• Proficient in EVM processes.
• Familiar with NEC forms of contract.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.

Additional Information:
My client is looking to interview immediately with a start date for as soon as possible and interviews will be conducted via Teams. There will be at least 2 stages in the interview process with a test between the first and second interview.
