Key Responsibilities:
 
- Assisting in the preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports
- Conducting site visits and assessments
- Helping with the preparation of tender documents and contract negotiations
- Monitoring project progress and costs, ensuring compliance with budgets and timelines
- Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
 
Qualifications and Skills:
 
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project)
- Willingness to learn and develop professionally
