Are you a recent engineering graduate looking to launch your career with a consultancy that values creativity, precision, and sustainability? We're working with a forward-thinking engineering consultancy that offers an exceptional opportunity for a Graduate Engineer to grow within a supportive, innovative, and design-led environment.
Our client is known for delivering high-quality structural and civil engineering solutions across a diverse range of sectors, including residential, commercial, and heritage. Their approach blends technical excellence with a genuine passion for architecture and design.
What You'll Be Doing:
·Assisting in the design and delivery of structural and civil engineering solutions for both new-build and refurbishment projects.
·Working closely with senior engineers, architects, and external consultants to develop efficient, practical designs.
·Using industry-standard software (AutoCAD, Revit, Tekla, etc.) to prepare detailed drawings and models.
·Visiting project sites and participating in client meetings to gain hands-on experience throughout the project lifecycle.
·Contributing to a collaborative studio culture that encourages learning, innovation, and sustainable engineering.
What We're Looking For:
·A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (MEng or BEng).
·A passion for creative, well-considered design and a keen eye for detail.
·Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting.
·Proficiency in relevant design software (some experience with AutoCAD, Revit, or similar is ideal, but training will be provided).
·A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn from experienced mentors.
Why This Opportunity Stands Out:
·Be part of a practice that values thoughtful engineering and collaboration.
·Excellent mentorship from chartered engineers and exposure to interesting, design-led projects.
·A clear development path with support toward chartership (CEng / MICE / MIStructE).
·Friendly and inclusive team culture with a commitment to sustainability and design integrity.
