We are working closely with the local authority on several engineering roles within the community. We work with them on several projects from Highways Design to Domestic/Commercial Engineering. Supporting with several projects in the area we are now looking for a Commercial Gas Engineer to work on a large commercial property.
 
The ideal candidate will be a Gas Safe registered commercial gas engineer, looking for a long term opportunity to work on an M&E facility. You will work closely with he M&E Facility manager, where you will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of all gas requirements at the property. This includes:
 
·Installing & Maintaining Heating Systems
·Installing & Maintaining Domestic and Commercial Boilers
·Installing & Maintaining Water Heaters
·Gas H&S + Compliance
 
The role comes with a company vehicle and would be working o one main site and a few smaller sites in the area. You will be taken on as a contractor but with the idea of being made a permanent member of staff once you pass your probation.
 
Role & Responsibilities:
 
·Carry out all maintenance work in accordance with Gas Safe Standards
·Install all Domestic & Commercial Heating Systems, Boilers and Water Heaters
·Attend any repair work and solve or find a solution that may involve external help
·Perform heating planned prevention maintenance
·Understand industry standards and keep on top of new standards
·Raise any safety concerns immediately

·Full UK Driving License
·Ability to work in Coventry
·Previous commercial experience
·Previous Maintenance Experience
