What we need:

Carrington West are looking for a Highways Site Foreman to work on various Highway sites in the East Anglia area.  

What you will do:

As a Site Foreman, your duties and responsibilities will include:
·Ensuring all work on site is carried out in a safe and compliant manner, meeting legal requirements and all health safety guidelines
·To manage site activities ensuring work is completed on time and within budget.
·Lead on actions to solve technical difficulties, improve performance in terms of progress and quality.
·Establish and regularly review the detailed working programme.
·Ensure coordination of all related trades.
·Deliver end product to customer satisfaction.
·Manage project risk in line with company procedures.

What you will need to succeed:
To be the successful candidate you must possess previous experience as a Site Foreman or Manager on a Highways site.
SMSTS/SSSTS and CSCS GOLD will be essential to get on site.
Rate is £300 per night shift; depending on experience. All successful candidates will need own vehicle with insurances (Chapter 8) and have a flexible approach to work.
