Are you an experienced Flood Risk Engineer for your next challenge?
 
Our client is seeking an experienced Flood Risk Engineer to join them on an ongoing Contract.  
 
Key Responsibilities:

·To be the technical specialist and able to deliver Council services across flood risk analysis, including reviewing flood risk assessments, SuDS designs, responding to planning applications, as well as contributing when required to the management of the council's flood storage assets.
 
·To be an expert in SuDS systems and be able to monitor and assess new and existing drainage systems across a range of developments, including new large residential sites.
 
·To be practical and willing to undertake work that may be required, such as lifting manholes, inspecting drainage systems or flood risk assets. Working as part of a wider team that is willing to cross-train and help other members as required.

·To have a varied knowledge of flooding and drainage systems in both rural and urban settings.
