Flood Risk Consultant - Fully Remote
 
Our client is looking for an experienced Flood Risk Consultant to their team after continued success and multiple project wins.
They are a fully remote team, with colleagues situated across the country. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for flexible working options, with the opportunity to set your own hours. The company is also trialling unlimited annual leave and looking to their employees to shape the way they work.
 
The role:
The successful candidate will be involved with a variety of projects, including both public and private sector work. Current projects include flood defences, strategic infrastructure, and private developments.
You will be responsible for providing support in the delivery of these projects including the production of Flood Risk Assessments and construction of hydraulic models. They offer in-house training to allow you to grow into a well-rounded Flood Risk Consultant and explore any specialisms you may be interested in. As your career progresses, you will be given opportunities to oversee and manage projects and clients.
 
Qualifications and Experience:
·Bachelor's degree in either Geography, Engineering or a related field.
·Experience working on flood risk projects.
·The ability to write clear, concise, and technically accurate reports.
·Experience using TUFLOW.
·Experience using GIS software
