Fire Project Manager/Building Surveyor
£350-400p/d Umbrella Rate (Inside IR35)

What will you do?
Undertake a full range of Project Management & Building Surveying duties and responsibilities, as required to maintain and improve the Council's property portfolio and housing stock in relation to fire safety improvement works and works to meet the climate change agenda, ensuring that the Council's responsibilities and duties as landlord and service provider are upheld in line with current and pending legislation.
 
What do you need?  
To be successful in your application for this role you will need to demonstrate the following on application and through the interview process:  
·UK Resident
·Demonstrate an understanding of Council policies.
·Recognised construction/Fire Safety qualification - related qualification to at least HNC or HND level with a demonstrable record of accomplishment as a project manager on large and moderately complex projects
