My client is looking for x2 Fire safety officers with rail experience to join them working on Crossrail.

Contract length: 4 months:
Rate: £50 per hour (umbrella)
Job Description
The Fire Infrastructure Maintenance Engineer Crossrail is the technical maintenance specialist ensuring safety and reliability for Fire systems on the Elizabeth Line. Assisting the IME E&M, to ensure delivery of the Asset Maintenance Stewardship Plan. Providing Fire systems stewardship and asset life performance & optimisation.
·Expert knowledge in Fire and associated smoke control systems, substantial knowledge in standards and their application
·Substantial knowledge of M&E systems, the maintenance methods and associated legislation and standards
·Knowledge of railway systems and related engineering disciplines (Civil, Track, OHLE, S&T engineering).
·Appreciation of Reliability Based Maintenance and its application on Fire systems.
Requirements:
·Substantial experience as a Fire Engineer or Fire Maintenance Manager
·Previous rail experience of ideally underground substructures
·Good experience of Asset Management and maintenance delivery and auditing and use of associated maintenance systems
