A leading UK nuclear defence company is looking for a facilities engineer to join the team and work on some of the most exciting projects in the UK.

Job Title - Facilities Engineer
Location - Reading
Contract Length - 18 Months
Pay Rates - £58.77 an hour (Umbrella)

This role will be perfect for someone who is coming from the facilities engineering background and has done this role on a highly regulated project on a large scale.

Facilities Engineer Requirements:

• Justifications, fixes, maintenance, reviews, documentation of equipment, shortfall actions, mitigations and risk assessments.
• A relevant engineering background in a highly regulated field on a site that requires strict process to be followed.  
• The ability to be technical rather than managerial
• The knowledge and ability to work on live safety cases
• A total facility management which would include site visits and site reviews
• An ability to review the hazards and shortfalls that come with such a project.

Facility engineers key Skills/Qualifications:

• HNC with suitable additional experience in such a  profession
• A background in nuclear/defence
• A strong/vast engineering background
• Safety case experience
• A LIVE CLEARANCE
