Intermediate / Senior Mechanical Estimator
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000

We are seeking an Intermediate / Senior Mechanical Estimator to join a growing team and take ownership of the estimating function. You'll play a key role in pricing and securing projects, working closely with both clients and colleagues to deliver competitive, accurate bids.

Key Responsibilities
·Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for mechanical projects
·Review specifications, drawings, and tender documents to assess requirements
·Obtain and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations
·Assess risks, margins, and opportunities within bids
·Work closely with Project Managers and Directors to hand over successful tenders
·Contribute to business growth by supporting the securing of profitable projects
What We're Looking For
·Proven experience as an Estimator in building services or contracting
·Strong technical knowledge and understanding of mechanical systems
·Excellent analytical and numerical skills
·Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously and meet deadlines
·Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
