Freelance Estimator - Major Infrastructure Project (Suffolk)
Contract: 6 Months | Start: ASAP | Civils / M&E / NEC | Inside IR35
Are you an experienced Estimator to looking to start  your next role in Suffolk. This is a rare opportunity to step into a flagship programme and make an immediate impact.
You'll be supporting a major civils and specialist M&E package under an NEC3 contract environment. This role requires someone who can "hit the ground running", producing robust, first-principles estimates, engaging with the supply chain, and supporting live and upcoming work packages on a technically complex project.
Initially, you'll be site and office based to embed with the team and understand the scope, with some flexibility for remote working once established.
 
This role is ideal for a seasoned estimator with:
·Strong civil engineering background
·Proven NEC contract experience (NEC3)
·Exposure to specialist M&E and heavy infrastructure
·Ability to work independently and take ownership of packages from day one
·Availability for an ASAP start on a 6 month contract
