Package
Up to £44,000 p/a, for full time 37 hours working week. Package includes good pension scheme, flexitime around core hours, and generous holiday allowances rising to 30 days. Role
·You will be responsible for continual improvement of our asset portfolio, including disposals, acquisitions, asset valuations and tenant management.
·Supporting the implementation of estates and asset management strategies, infrastructure projects and inward investment including providing initiative on options for our existing assets which maximise the benefit our assets provide to the council.
Candidates will ideally have: -
·Fully qualified or part qualified Estates Surveyor or equivalent experience and Registered Valuer.
·Experience within commercial - rent reviews, renewals etc
·Experience of supporting the implementation of strategies, policy and procedures
·Experience of supporting business cases which underpin and support key decision making in an organisation
·Experience of building relationships with a range of stakeholders
