Rate: £450 per day
Duration: 3 months Initial

This post is for a temporary position for a qualified Chartered Surveyor to join the team to lead on a wide variety of estate matters, concentrating primarily on Landlord & Tenant matters such as lease renewals, rent reviews, new lettings etc. across a wide range of asset classes from operational assets such as leisure centres, dementia care day centres, to high end investment properties in the retail, office and industrial sectors.
 
The team work on a hybrid model and with site inspections and visits to be undertaken as and when required. The remainder of the time the team are welcome to work from home.
 
The Candidate:
- 5 years post qualification experience
- MRICS
- Private practice experience
