Package: up to £100,000 package available!
Breakdown:
·Salary: £75,000 to £85,000
·Car allowance: £6,000
·Bonus: up to 15% yearly bonus
·Pension: up to 6% matched
Location: Euston office/site. Site located North West London. circa 2 days working from home per week.
 
My client is a leading British Construction & Engineering company with over 6,000 employees that are looking for a CEM with Rail Depot Systems experience to support on a London Underground project.
The successful applicant will provide technical leadership for the business, their design package partners, and work with the client to deliver on the Depot project with career development opportunities to grow and take a more senior role in the business later on.
 
Required:
·Prior experience in CEM role.
·Experience working on rail depot projects.
·Experience working on TfL/London Underground projects.
·Depot/Rail systems experience such as M&E, signalling, etc. essential, specifically around systems integration.
·Ability to lead and mentor more junior members of the team.
·Knowledge of quality assurance.
·Must have main-contractor design & build experience.
·Excellent communication skills and ability to negotiate with key stakeholders and suppliers.
·Right to work in UK.
·CEng status preferred.
