Our client are a multi discipline contractor that work across the UK. They work on several projects from construction to Power. From Rail to Defence. They have a great reputation for being involved with some of the UK's biggest infrastructure projects and delivering on them in a timely manner.
 
They are working on a large construction project in the West Midlands, constructing a large new hospital of over 83,000 square meters. It will be one of the busiest hospitals in the UK with over 5,000 patients a day, over 630 beds, over 13 theatres and state of the art facilities. The project is set to be completed in 2024 with the construction to be completed in September 2023.
 
We are currently looking for Mechanical bias Project Managers with previous experience of work on hospitals. This experience is vital to be able to hit the standards required for the work to be signed off by authorities. You will be responsible for a specific area of the project and will be working closely on the HVAC side of the project. Looking at things such as Medical Gas & HV connections.
 
The role is based on a 42hr a day week and will run for around 6 months but this could be extended.
They are paying between £500 & £600 per day
 
Rates are based on experience but no CIS option is available.
 
Requirements:
·Full UK Driving License
·Good H&S understanding within mechanical build of hospitals
·Temporary works experience
·Ability to manage targets & budgets
·CSCS & SMSTS qualified and willing to be First Aid trained
·Good team player and leader
·Ability to manage time well
·Good knowledge of MS Office
