Role: Electrical Project Engineer -Water
Location:            Sussex/Kent (Hybrid)
Rate: Above market rate - Can discuss after application
Duration: 6 months +
 
My client are a specialist contractor who work within the clean and waste water industry.
 
They are looking for an experienced Electrical Project Engineer to work on a multitude of AMP7 tranches for existing and new sites that they have on the Southern Water framework looking after the electrical and engineering works.
 
 
Responsibilities:
·Managing the site team and schedule of work
·Maintain the relationship between clients and subcontractors
·Assessing work on site and what work is required
·Manage sub-contractor packages
·Managing the site operation team to make sure that projects are brought in on time and within budget
 
Requirements:
 -      A strong background in electrical engineering (Mechanical heavy WILL NOT be considered)
·you MUST have experience within the Water industry in the same or similar role e.g. Site manager
·ICA knowledge and an electrical qualification would be advantageous.
·SMSTS qualification would be a plus
 
Skills and Qualifications:
 
·17th or 18th Edition
·ONC/HNC/B.Eng or NVQ in an industry applicable qualification
·Full UK driving license
·Water Hygiene Card (EUSR)
·(SMSTS)
·IOSH - Managing Safely
·First Aid at work
