Role: Electrical Design Engineer
Location: Grangemouth
Salary: Depending on experience + vehicle package

Are you an experienced Electrical Design Engineer, looking for your next challenge within the water sector?
 
My client's team collaborates with major water utility companies in the UK, providing cutting-edge technology solutions to ensure the sustainability of the control of water treatment systems.
 
Your role will involve designing and developing electrical systems, including MCCs, switchboards and control systems, creating electrical schematic diagrams using CAD software, performing electrical calculations, and providing technical support to sales, production and project teams from bid through to commissioning stage.
 
This is a permanent role and the working hours are 37.5 hours per week, on a hybrid basis from the Grangemouth office. A flexible start approach is offered between 7am and 9am. The salary on offer is competitive and dependent on experience.
 
The ideal candidate will have:
·HNC/HND/Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
·Strong experience in electrical design engineering including experience in electrical calculations.
·Proficiency in CAD software.
·Knowledge of UK electrical codes and standards.
