Role: E & I Commissioning Engineer Location: Plymouth Pay: Up to £430 per day LTD Contract Length: 6-12 months Outside IR35

Are you an electrical engineer with design and commissioning experience with an oil & gas, water or Petrol background?
The role is for a complex and private client near to Plymouth naval base, working on the construction of a fuel depot jetty and the associated electrical interface that supports the project. Ideal candidates will be an electrical design bias, with commissioning experience and with ideally experience in the Oil&Gas / petrochem sector and have experience with LV, control and instrument control.
This role will be the main electrical design contact between the principal contractor and their design partner, with the need to then roll into commissioning as the scheme progresses.
The ability to jump in to a project and liaise with a small M&E commissioning team is the main attribute a candidate can bring into this role but with the ability to look over the engineering teams and the installation and maintenance aspects of the jobs to a certain degree. an ECS accreditation or recent certification will be desirable.
