Role: DSEAR Programme Manager - Water Industry
Location: Epsom/Remote Working
Duration: 6 months +
Rate: £50-£55
Start Date: ASAP
 
Our client is looking for an DSEAR Programme Manager with experience in the water industry to join their team for a secondment opportunity focused on their DSEAR Compliance Project. This role offers a unique challenge working on both AMP7 & AMP8 projects.
 
Responsibilities:
1. Ongoing Project Management:
·Ensure efficient delivery of the current phase of the project within the designated timescale.
·Manage budgetary aspects including VOWD, budget reforecasting, and costing for Programme into AMP8.
·Coordinate and allocate resources for non-technical tasks such as raising orders.
·Engage with project stakeholders external to the team to ensure smooth collaboration.
 
2. Planning for Next Phase of DSEAR Documentation Production:
·Develop a comprehensive strategy for the upcoming delivery phase.
·Define the scope of trials required.
·Establish trials in AMP7 and ensure the highest quality outcomes to refine delivery strategy through AMP8.
 
3. Planning Delivery for Corrective Actions:
·Develop a strategic approach including stakeholder engagement, delivery route planning, and workflow process definition.
·Manage the execution of corrective actions to achieve desired outcomes.
 
Requirements:
·Proven experience in programme management, preferably in a technical or compliance-focused environment.
·Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering projects to tight deadlines and within budget constraints.
·Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
·Ability to think strategically and develop effective delivery strategies.
·Experience in managing corrective actions and driving process improvements is advantageous.
