Do you want to work for a highly motivated local authority planning team who consistently delivers a high level of service?
My client is looking for Town Planning Officer to join their DM Team for an initial 3 months however this is expected to extend well beyond the initial period. 

This role is offered on a hybrid working basis, with requirements for office presents twice a week along with site visits being needed.
 
You will be required to work both individually and as part of a team to continue the high level of service that the local authority operate too currently. You will be managing a mixed caseload of applications, mainly consisting of householders, and will contain a caseload of around 50 at any one time.
 
On offer is an hourly rate of £25-30p/h depending on experience.
