I am working with a busy Local Authority situated in Essex who are looking to welcome a Senior/Principal Planner to the team for an initial 6-month period.
 
 
·Experience in MAJOR applications and PPA's
·Working from home with may be an occasional visit to the district
·Inside IR35
·Full time - 37 hours per week.
·Hourly rate dependent on experience between £40-47 per hour.
·Laptop supplied.
·Start date as soon as possible
·Looking to interview as soon as possible.
