We are looking for an experienced surveyor to join a local authority team in Leicestershire.
 
Rate: £35 p/h
Initial 6 month contract
 
·Carry out repair inspections of residential properties
·Project manage repairs work using DLO and contractor
·Competent in the use of computers, PDA and related systems will be required
·Working on complaint and disrepair cases
·Complete work to a high standard in a timely manner
·Own transport required, Mileage will be paid at standard rates
