Director of Planning (Environmental)

Carrington West are assisting their multi-disciplinary client in their search for a Director of Planning (Environmental) on a permanent basis.
 
We have an exciting opportunity to join a growing consultancy and the role is open to candidates from both the private and the public sector. You will have extensive experience in the environmental side of planning with the ability to manage projects across multiple sectors including major development, energy and water.
 
You will need:
·A relevant town planning qualification with a minimum 2 years' experience at associate director or director level
·5+ years' experience in a planning consultancy workplace
·A flexible and adaptable approach
·Knowledge of different consenting regimes (Town and Country Planning, Hybrid Bill etc)

The consultancy are looking for someone that can be in the office at least 2 days a week.
