Carrington West are assisting their local authority client in their search for a Team Leader on an initial 6-month contract.
We have an exciting opportunity to join the Development Management Team in the role of Team Leader. You will be tasked with working on your own caseload of applications and sign off responsibility. This will be a mixture of minor and major applications.
This would be ideal for candidates that want to progress their careers in a busy authority whilst working and having their own responsibility to manage a caseload AND a team. The authority are offering a completely flexible working arrangement until the pandemic subsides and can be flexible thereafter.

On offer is an hourly rate of up to £46p/h depending on experience.
