Town Planning Team Leader - DM London £55p/hour (flexible)

My client in London is seeking experienced Town Planner, to join their Development Management (DM) Department, for an 6-month contract.
Once successfully securing this role, you will be expected to: ·Allocate work ·Sign Off applications ·Lead caseload meetings ·Attend planning committee (Occasional) ·Support and mentor junior staff
To be successful in this position you should have: ·Significant post qualification experience in Development Management in local government, and recent experience in a Team Leader/Management position ·Preferable - An undergraduate degree and Postgraduate degree/qualification in Planning, accredited by the Royal Town Planning Institute.
They are ideally seeking a contractor on a full-time basis for 36 hours per week.
The role can be worked on a hybrid basis, with 2 days per week in the office ideally in order to effectively manage your team.
