Town Planning Officer - Development Management
 
Carrington West's Town Planning Recruitment Team are assisting their local authority client based in London in their search for a Planning Officer ( Town Planner - RTPI qualified ) to join their Development Management Team on an initial 3 month period.
 
Job Role:
-To process low level/small scale planning applications (house holder and other & some small minors).
-The provision of general planning advice.
 
Given the nature of this role the council is looking for someone who can hit the ground running.
 
The role will be worked on a 100% remote basis, so applicants from all parts of the UK are welcomed. Officer working is not expected to be back in place until 2021 for this London Authority.
 
Pay Rate -   £20-25 per hour
