Position: Design Manager
Location: Preston (hybrid)
Salary: Up to £90,000 per annum + package

They're open to to consider candidates that wish to make the next step in their career, you don't have to have managerial experience.
 
We're looking for a talented and driven Design Manager to lead teams and ensure successful project delivery across clean and waste water sites. This hybrid role offers a competitive salary up to £90,000, bonus, and an attractive package (including car or car allowance).
 
What You'll Do:
·Lead and manage in-house and external design teams.
·Oversee risk, buildability, compliance, and deliverables.
·Manage commercial design forecasts, budgets, and programmes.
·Liaise with clients to ensure design requirements are met.
·Ensure engineering standards, CDM regulations, and safety standards are upheld.

What We're Looking For:
·Proven experience in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Design and Build.
·Strong management skills and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
·Familiarity with Common Data Environments (CDE) like SharePoint or ProjectWise.
·Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
·Knowledge of the water industry or similar infrastructure sectors is highly advantageous.
