Role: Customer Service - Outbound Surveys
Location: Lincoln - City Centre
Salary: £19,380
Employment: 12 weeks - 16 weeks and possible permanent transfer available
Hours of work: 37 per week
Working: Hours 8:00 - 16:00 & 12:00 - 20:00 rotating between the two shift patterns weekly
Start Date: 6th December

If so this is the right opportunity for you.  My client is based in Lincoln City Centre less that 1 mile away from the train station and looking to recruit multiple Customer Service Advisors in their outbound survey team.
 
In this role you will be responsible for dealing with outbound customer surveys. The purpose of the role is to capture feedback relating to customer satisfaction and correctly recording this information.
 
As this role is focused around using an in house CRM - Customer Management System candidates will need to have a base level of computer literacy in order to be suitable. For example if you are able to use any of the following this would suffice.  Microsoft Word or excel, emails, general experience of working from a desk top or laptop computer.
 
This role would be well suited for anyone who is happy operating in an outbound call capacity and has prior customer service or telephone based experience.
 
This role is based working a 37 hour week Monday - Friday.  Working hours will vary between the below:
 
Monday to Friday 8 am till 8pm  rotating between 8:00 - 16:00 & 12:00 - 20:00
 
On offer is a salary  of £19,380  + an excellent benefits package.
