Customer Service Advisor
 
Are you an experienced Customer Service Advisor looking for a new challenge? 
 
As a Customer Service Advisor you will be responsible for providing a responsive front-line service via written communication with members of the public, Birmingham City Councillors and Members of Parliament.
 
Key Responsibilities:
·Liaise with all service areas required to investigate enquiries, provide a full written response within five business days.
·Manage own caseload of holding responses is a full response is not possible within five business days.
·Investigate and respond to official complaints in line with procedure.
·Delivering high quality service to all customers, ensuring the right outcome is given the first time.
·Working to KPI's in line with organisational objectives.
 
This role requires presence in the office 5 days per week.
