Are you looking to work for one of the best companies in the region as a Customer Service Advisor ?

If so this is the right opportunity for you.  My client is based in Hartlepool City Centre less that 1 mile away from the train station and looking to recruit multiple Customer Service Advisors.

In this role you go through formal training a process and supported by a mentor to get you up to speed on process, procedures and IT systems so no prior customer service experience is needed.

In this role you will be responsible for dealing with inbound customer enquiries relating to billing. This can vary from changes of address, incorrect payment details, incorrect bills as well as a multitude of other factors.  No two calls will be the same and my client prides them selves in providing excellent customer service.  Their ethos is very much to work with the customer to resolve the issue and to what ever it takes to get a resolution.

As this role offers full training it would be suitable for someone looking to kick start their career in customer service, comes from a retail background and looking to transfer into a new sector or someone with customer service experience looking to work for a market leading company.
