Role: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Hartlepool - City Centre
Salary: £20,200 starting rate with scope to increase over time up to £24,500 + excellent benefits package
Employment: Permanent
Hours of work: 37 per week
Are you looking to work for one of the best companies in the region as a Customer Service Advisor ?
If so this is the right opportunity for you. My client is based in Hartlepool City Centre less that 1 mile away from the train station and looking to recruit multiple Customer Service Advisors.
In this role you go through formal training a process and supported by a mentor to get you up to speed on process, procedures and IT systems so no prior customer service experience is needed.
In this role you will be responsible for dealing with inbound customer enquiries relating to billing. This can vary from changes of address, incorrect payment details, incorrect bills as well as a multitude of other factors. No two calls will be the same and my client prides them selves in providing excellent customer service. Their ethos is very much to work with the customer to resolve the issue and to what ever it takes to get a resolution.
As this role offers full training it would be suitable for someone looking to kick start their career in customer service, comes from a retail background and looking to transfer into a new sector or someone with customer service experience looking to work for a market leading company.
As this role is focused around using an in house CRM - Customer Management System candidates will need to have a base level of computer literacy in order to be suitable. For example if you are able to use any of the following this would suffice. Microsoft Word or excel, emails, general experience of working from a desk top or laptop computer.
This role is based working a 37 hour week Monday - Sunday between 8am - 8pm
You will work 5 days per week and one Saturday / Sunday every other weekend on average.
Working hours will vary between the below hours, you will be issued shifts 1 month in advance and there is flexibility to change days and hours.
Monday to Friday 8 am till 8pm ( ERither 8am - 4pm or Midday to 8pm)
Saturday 8am -4pm
Sunday 10am - 4pm
On offer is a starting salary of £20,200 with scope for this to increase up to £24,500 over time as you upskill over time.
