What we need:
We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Crane Supervisor to oversee crane lifts on a highways bridge site in Chelmsford, UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all crane operations are carried out safely and efficiently, in accordance with relevant regulations and company procedures.

Responsibilities:
·Supervising and coordinating all crane activities on site
·Ensuring that all crane operations are carried out safely and in accordance with relevant regulations and company procedures
·Liaising with other site personnel to ensure that crane activities are properly planned and scheduled
·Conducting regular safety inspections and risk assessments
·Maintaining accurate records of all crane activities and producing reports as required

Requirements:
·A valid Crane Supervisor qualification
·Previous experience in a similar role
·Excellent knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations
·Good communication and interpersonal skills
·Ability to work independently and as part of a team
·Flexibility to work outside of normal hours as required
