Contracts Manager - Residential Developer - Southern Region
 
Do you have previous experience working as a Contracts Manager for a large Residential Developer?
 
My client is looking for an experienced contracts manager who is comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
 
Must Have
 
·A background in the Residential sector
·Managed multiple sites at a time
·Minimum of 3 years with the same company
·Full UK driving licence
 
This is an excellent opportunity to work with a very well respected house builder who have a full order book and plans of expectation.
 
Very competitive salary and package with either a company car or a car allowance.
