Job Title: Contract Data & Correspondence Technician - Highways & Transport
Location: South West London (in-office Tuesdays & Thursdays)
Contract Type: Full-time, Contract
Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and committed professional to join a Highways and Transport council team on a contract basis. This role combines data analysis, correspondence management, and project support, providing a key operational function for their street space and community engagement work.
Key Responsibilities:
·Manage correspondence including the "street space inbox," member inquiries, and Freedom of Information (FOI) requests.
·Analyse free-text comments from "Let's Talk," TMO responses, and other data sources to support decision-making.
·Support project work by assisting with report preparation and using the internal project management system.
Candidate Profile:
·Experienced and able to hit the ground running.
·Strong data analysis and communication skills.
·Flexible, committed, and willing to adapt to the team's needs.
·Highways and Transport Industry knowledge
