My client is looking for a Claims coordinator to come on board on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for all customer complaints.
 
You will be working for a company that offer opportunities to grow within the company, gain new skill sets and work on exciting new projects.
 
Responsibilities include:
 
·Investigate claims daily
·Liaising with insurance companies & stakeholders
·Follow up / close enquiries in a timely manner with an audit trail
·Ensure that complaints are responded to accordingly
·Work with colleagues & various departments to ensure all evidence is acquired
·First point of call for customer complaints as they arise.
 
 
The ideal candidate must:
 
·Excellent communication skills
·The ability to work under pressure
·Experience of dealing with customer complaints.
·IT skills, competent with the use of internet, email and Microsoft
