Role: Civils Project Manager - Water
Industry / Projects: AMP 7 - Water Sector
Rate:  Negotiable
Location: Sussex and Kent
Contact Length:  6 months +
 
 
My client is delivering projects based covering the Southern Water framework. The position would suit a proven SMSTS qualified Project Manager with a background in Water Civils delivery.
 
As the project is Civil focused around Water Treatment, M&E experience is NOT essential but would be advantageous.
 
Responsibilities
 
- Manage and control all on-site construction of the project, including assisting the contracts manager
- Ensure commercial risks are identified and managed 
- Participate in and contribute to regular design meetings 
- Ensure that the Contract programme is adhered to
- Act as the client interface managing the subcontractors
 
Preferred Qualifications:
·SMSTS - Essential
·CSCS card or similar
·CPCS card
·Streetworks
·Confined Spaces
·Full clean driving licence
 
We are looking for the Civils Project Managers to start ASAP and an immediate start and interview is available.
 
On offer is a rate is negotiable, IR35 Status has not yet be determined.  We are expecting the contract to run for at least 6 months but will probably go on longer.
 
Unfortunately, we can only respond to those with relevant experience within the water industry. Specifically water treatment experience.
