Capital Works Project Manager
£450p/d Umbrella Rate (Inside IR35)
6 Months Initially (with view for extension)
What will you do?
You will lead and be accountable for the delivery of a programme of investment, maintenance, and construction projects (capital and revenue) of between £20m to £40m.
You will lead a team of 5 project managers to deliver a programme of investment, maintenance, and construction projects from inception through to completion and procure specialist advisors and service providers.
What do you need?
To be successful in your application for this role you will need to demonstrate the following on application and through the interview process:
·You must hold a degree or equivalent (minimum BTEC HNC/HND) in field of Construction or have demonstrable work-based experience that evidences an equivalent level of attainment and competence, with a substantial experience in delivering construction related projects.
·Hold a membership of a relevant professional body, such as Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Royal Institute of British Architects, or Chartered Institute of Building.
·PRINCE 2 practitioner or member of Association of Project Management.
