Rate: 330/day - Umbrella Inside IR35
Location: Birmingham
Duration: 6 months
 
Requirements:
- 3 years Construction or Civil Engineering industry experience
- Minimum 1 year experience working as a Buyer
- GCSE A-C English & Maths
 
Responsibilities:
 
·Ordering of construction materials, plant and subcontract services
·Ensuring target cost data is obtained, used appropriately and cost analysis is carried out whilst making sure appropriate documentation is updated t
·Negotiation of goods/services within the Target Cost budget
·Work with stakeholders, at all levels, in order to understand internal and external requirements
