Are you a Business Change Manager with experience working on Network Rail projects?

This is an excellent opportunity for a Business Change Manager to join Network Rail working with engineering teams on maintenance schemes. The ideal candidate will need to be proficient in SharePoint.  
 
Rate: £400-£500/day Umbrella, Inside IR35
Location: Milton Keynes, 3 days in the office
Duration: 6 months, potential for extension
 
Requirements
·Previous experience managing change in engineering
·Previous experience working on Network Rail maintenance projects
·Experience using SharePoint
·Strong knowledge of change management methodologies
·Experience planning and delivering business change within complex project environments.
·Ability to conduct impact assessments, readiness analysis, and stakeholder mapping.
·Proficiency in developing and maintaining change plans, communication plans, and readiness assessments.
·Solid understanding of project management principles and lifecycle processes.
·Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
