Sussex Local Authority in need of Buildings Manager to take over the operational management of a public building based in Eastbourne.
 
This position will see you take responsibility for the following:
 
- Leading co-ordination and communication with occupiers and management
- Management of In-house all in-house facilities
- Liaison with other property teams
- Ensuring compliance and health and safety standards are met
 
In order to be successful in your application for this role you must have clear and demonstrable experience in Buildings management with the appropriate qualifications. It is desirable but not essential that you are a member or BIFM.
