As a BIM Coordinator, you will provide BIM coordination services for internal and external clients on a wide range of transport schemes including civils/highways, HS2 and aviation. To succeed in this role, you must have thorough understanding and experience in coordinating teams to deliver project data to industry standards (i.e. IFC, ADMM, AD4's, COBie, etc.).

The position will be hybrid working between home and the office, including potentially working from co-located client/project offices and occasional travel will be necessary. This is a long term contract position which will fall outside IR35 (subject to an assessment).

Key experience and skills required:

·Experience in managing the BIM and Digital Information element of multi-disciplinary projects
·Produce and/or manage project BIM documentation including but not limited to BIM Execution Plans (BEP), Master Information Delivery Plans, Model Production Delivery Tables, and Task Information Delivery Plans
·Experience of working with Common Data Environments, including ProjectWise
·Have a strong understanding of the capabilities/outputs of AutoCAD Civil 3D, and an appreciation of the capabilities/outputs of other software packages used in the design and modelling of highways, rail, or aviation projects
·Knowledge of Navisworks is required
·Awareness and understanding of the ISO 19650 suite of documents and processes
·Monitor and if required review the day-to-day activities of BIM Specialists to ensure BIM standards are maintained in the creation of BIM information/data
·Strong demonstratable experience in design, drafting, modelling or engineering production in an AEC company
