We are looking for an Associate Recruitment Consultant to join one of our contract recruitment desks, supporting the delivery of specialist talent to clients across the built environment and infrastructure sectors.

What you’ll do

• Learn from experienced recruiters and market specialists
• Build relationships with clients and contract candidates
• Develop expertise within your specialist contract market
• Research the market and identify new business opportunities
• Support the delivery of contract recruitment solutions to clients
• Progress to a 360 Recruitment Consultant role within 12 months
