Role & Responsibilities
 
Reporting to the Technical Director, you will be responsible for assisting in leading the established structural team with technical, commercial and management responsibilities. There is also the opportunity to progress within the company to continually further your career.
 
Project work is primarily is the residential sector with major housing developers so experience in this area is essential. The scope of work covers:
 
 
·Large scale residential housing developments
·Residential foundation and superstructure design
·Medium rise apartment blocks
·RC framed buildings
 
 
Requirements:
 
·BEng/MSc (or equivalent) Civil/Structural Engineering
·Experience within large residential developments and house builders
·Experience of managing a design team
·Ability to train and mentor more junior members of the team
·Technical and commercial experience
·Fee proposals
·Knowledge of TEDDS and CADS RC
