Job Title: Associate Planning Director
Location: Crawley, London (Hybrid/Remote Working)
Salary: up to £80,000 DOE
 
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate Planning Director to join our client based in Gatwick, Sussex. This role offers the flexibility of hybrid or remote working arrangements, allowing you to balance your professional and personal commitments effectively.
 
Responsibilities:
·Manage and oversee multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered to the highest standards, on time, and within budget.
·Mentor and support junior members of the team, providing guidance and fostering their professional development.
·Collaborate closely with the Director to strategize and execute plans effectively, contributing valuable insights and ideas.
·Lead client engagements, building strong relationships and understanding their objectives to deliver tailored solutions.
·Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to continually enhance our services and offerings.
 
Requirements:
·Proven experience in a similar role within the planning or related industry.
·Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
·Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a knack for motivating and inspiring team members.
·Strategic mindset with the ability to analyse complex issues and develop innovative solutions.
·Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in planning and project management.
