Associate Civil Engineer

You will lead and mentor a team of skilled civil engineers working on significant design projects. The role involves overseeing the delivery of highways and drainage schemes for infrastructure and building-related projects, along with line management responsibilities for your team members.
Requirements of the role:
- To be an experienced Civil Engineer with a strong background in the field
- Be a positive influencer capable of providing comprehensive technical guidance and supporting team development
- Skilled in managing people and resources with empathy and enthusiasm
- Proficient in design software, such as PDS, Flow, and Civil 3D
- At least 8 years experience working on highway and drainage design projects
- Experience mentoring and training junior members of staff
