Assistant Quantity Surveyor required for 3 months supporting our clients highways commercial team based in Peterborough
 
You will be involved in target cost schemes with various Quantity Surveying practices. There is an option for working from home too, with visits into the office sometimes required within the role
 
As the successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor you will:
 
- Have knowledge of managing schemes using NEC principles.
- Be supportive in their approach to less experienced staff
- Have experience in team working - gives and receives support
- Be Highly Proficient in EXCEL spreadsheets, Word, Outlook
- Hold a background within a highways/NEC environment desirable
- Be educated to minimum HNC/HND in the commercial sector
 
We need someone in this role as soon as possible due to the immediate nature of the works.
