Due to exceptional growth, my client is looking to add an Assistant Construction Manager to their team to work alongside the Construction Manager to ensure day-to-day management and delivery of projects.
 
Your duties as an Assistant Construction Manager will include:
·Delivering projects/parts of projects in a safe and environmentally responsible manner
·Delivering projects in accordance to time, cost and quality
·Maintaining a strong working relationship with the client
·Ensuring that stakeholders are informed about the project status
·Supporting the change and risks within the project life cycle
 
Location: Birmingham
Salary: £35,000 to £45,000 per annum DOE + £7500 car allowance.

Requirements:
·Knowledge of safety, quality and environmental procedures
·Knowledge of commercial and financial procedures
·Knowledge of GRIP
·Experience working on Rail civil projects
·Recognised Project Management qualification
·Membership (or working towards) of the Association of Project Management or other professional body
