Salary: £25,000 to £30,000 per annum DOE

·Coordinate and schedule meetings, ensuring smooth communication among team members and clients.
·Assist in preparing project proposals, contracts, and reports, maintaining accuracy and compliance.
·Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally and promptly.
·Maintain project databases and records, updating them regularly for easy access by team members.
·Support the project management team in tracking project progress, budget, and timelines.
·Collaborate with different departments to facilitate seamless operations and foster a positive work environment.
·Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.
·Proficiency in MS Office suite and other relevant software for data management and documentation.
